In the vibrant world of social media, understanding your impact is key. That's where your Social Score comes in – a beacon in the digital sea, guiding you through the waves of online interaction. At Guidely, we believe in not just providing a platform but also offering insights into how you're growing and connecting. Your Social Score is a tailored metric, combining the growth in your followers and your engagement rate. It's not just a number; it's a narrative of your journey, from the moment you join us to every milestone you reach thereafter.

What is a Social Score? – Your Social Score on Guidely is a harmonious blend of two vital elements: the growth in your followers and your engagement rate. Your engagement rates is calculated by looking at how many people interact with your post (like, comment, etc.) in proportion to how many followers you have. This score is crafted to give you a clear, comprehensive understanding of how your social media is performing and how it grows over your time with Guidely.

Where to Discover Your Social Score

  1. Visit the Dashboard or Progress  section of Guidely. Think of this as your personal command center, where insights into your growth and reach are at your fingertips.

  2. Social Score Dial– Look towards the top right of the screen. Here, your Social Score shines brightly, offering a snapshot of your social media performance. It’s more than a statistic; it’s a reflection of your connection with your audience, a measure of how your content resonates and engages.

Responding to Changes in Your Social Score

  1. If your Social Score Increases - This is a good sign that your social media strategy is working well! Guidely will keep posting on your behalf, and you should keep doing what you've been doing during the time your social score has increased.
  2. If your Social Score Decreases - This doesn't meant that there is anything wrong. Sometimes, it can take a while of being consistent on social media to see results. If you haven't been posting consistently, you may have had some followers who were not interested in working with you, but weren't aware they were following due to low post activity on your end. If you want to put in some additional work in order to increase your social score moving forward, actively networking on social media while Guidely is posting for you can be a great way to grow your account more quickly.
