Scheduling a post manually with Guidely is a great way to add on to the posts we create for you every month. Here’s how you can manually schedule a post, step by step, ensuring your voice is heard exactly when and how you want it:

Navigate to the Schedule Section – Find the 'Schedule' section in your Guidely dashboard. It's located on the menu on the left side of the screen

Find the Create Button – Look for the 'Create' button in the top right of the calendar. Clicking this will upload a window you can use to create a post manually.

Upload your Image and Craft Your Message– Click the 'upload' button to insert the image you want to share. This image could be anything: a snapshot from a recent workshop, a serene view that inspires you, or a quote that resonates with your coaching philosophy. Then, type the caption that will accompany your image.

Add Personal Touches – Tag people and add a location if you wish.

Categorize Your Narrative – Select the post type to categorize your post. This helps in organizing your content and ensuring it aligns with the themes of your coaching journey.
